GOP upheaval, Good, Bad or Indifference?

Without taking sides, this could be a good thing

Believe it or not, in my many years in the arena (Nuthouse) called politics’, I had many great friends in both main political parties and the so-called lesser parties, I also voted many time along with each party if I believed it to be the best route to take for my neighbors, friends and family and I still do today.

If this, GOP upheaval, was started back a few years ago, being careful not to upset any more of my readers, the president, congress and the people might already be united working for the betterment of the country, for the country and the world!

In GOP upheaval, front-runner emerges, discontent simmers

Republicans sought to project an aura of unity but failed to quiet conservative complaints that such quick party elections after Cantor’s defeat gave them little time to rally around an alternative who better reflects the right’s ideology and the emboldened tea party.

The votes next Thursday for majority leader and whip may well not be the end of it. Several Republicans asserted that next week’s action won’t quiet ambitious lawmakers or factions in the GOP caucus, and leadership contests after November’s national midterm elections could produce a brand new lineup.

In GOP upheaval, a front-runner – and discontent

House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio, reflects on the stunning primary defeat of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Va., Thursday, June 12, 2014, during a news conference on Capitol Hill in Washington. Cantor announced Wednesday that he will resign his leadership post at the end of next month, clearing the way for a potentially disruptive Republican shake-up just before midterm elections with control of Congress at stake. Boehner told reporters he’s declining to take sides in the contest to replace Cantor as House majority leader. (J.  A little side note, if you will?

President George H.W. Bush celebrates his 90th birthday by jumping out of a plane again.

Guess what President James Earl “Jimmy” Carter, Jr.89, has been doing on his birthdays every year since 1981?

He Pounds Nails for the people!

Habit for Humanity

Next in line to make things better for the country and the world would be to clean up the Nutcases in the NRA and all of their greedy, selfish, puppet’s and their Lobbyist’s
